CLSM8TS started with the LMI Batch 2000 network and grew into a full space for local musicians, students, and the neighborhood — a place to rehearse, record, grab a coffee, or sing your heart out after work.
We're building in phases: the studio opened first, with the café and a rooftop lounge following as the space grows. Every phase gets built to last — not bolted on as an afterthought.

The mood boards set the industrial aesthetic — black corrugated cladding, warm string lighting, wood-slat signage — but the full two-story build shown isn't the literal Phase 1 blueprint. The refined concept above reflects what's actually being built on this lot: the driveway and JA's Barbershop stay exactly as they are.
